Apple cider vinegar is made from fresh ripe apples. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids, potassium and other minerals, trace elements and vitamins.
Apple cider vinegar is a light yellow-brown color. Ours is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized with cloudy sediment called mother of vinegar at the bottom of the bottle, ensuring all the nutrients and health giving properties are intact.
Apple cider vinegar is delicious in cooking, marinades and salads. It is widely used for health purposes. Hippocrates used it as a health tonic in 400 BC. In the book Folk Medicine: A Vermont Doctor’s Guide to Good Health, Dr. D.C. Jarvis recommended apple cider vinegar as a cure-all.
